At Beccfit our semi-private sessions are not bootcamp, same workout world-wide, choreographed sweat sessions. These sessions, with a max of 4 people per session, are for those who want to get strong and are serious about your health and long-term results. Every session is personalised for every client using different training modalities based on your current goals, strength and fitness levels. Each member will be taught proper training techniques to ensure optimal results and every client will be educated the philosophies behind doing so. Every program has sets, reps, tempo and rest. Passionate progression and growing the determination to succeed is what the Beccfit foundation is built on and Beccfit has been created so you can be empowered and educated to achieve your goals in a down to earth but professional environment.
